I would like to cancel my order
You can cancel your order by contacting our customer service department by phone or live chat as soon as possible, and you can confirm the cancellation by sending us a message on your order page.
If you cancel your order before we assign a writer to it, we will refund 100% of your payment.
It is possible to claim a 70% refund if a writer has already been assigned to your paper, which can be confirmed by the order’s status. The same refund is available if the deadline is within half an hour of the moment the order was received.
Depending on the amount of time elapsed between the receipt of the order and the deadline, up to 50% of the purchase price may be refunded.
Depending on the circumstances leading to the cancellation of the order, a refund of up to 30% may be considered after delivery.
Note : There is no way to cancel your order if the paper has already been completed and delivered to your order page on time. In this case, you can only request a refund due to quality concerns by clicking on the “Refund” button on your order page.
There was a double charge for one order
We will refund the extra payment in full if you notice that you have been charged twice for one order. Please forward both receipts to our email.
My order was mistakenly duplicated
If you don’t need an order, please cancel it before we assign a writer; otherwise, the order will be considered regular. We will apply the standard cancellation and refund procedures in this case, which means that a 100% refund won’t be possible. If you accidentally placed an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible to cancel it.
There was a delay in delivering my paper
When you notice that the deadline has passed and you haven’t received your paper yet, contact our support team and submit a note on your order page as soon as possible.
It is possible to request a recalculation of the order’s price based on the actual delivery date if the first version of your paper is delivered after the original deadline. When an 8-hour paper is delivered an hour late, it will fall into the 24-hour delivery category, which costs less, and the price difference will be refunded.
On request, we will refund 7% of the cost if you receive the first version of your 14-day deadline order late.
Upon receiving a full refund, you receive a copy of the paper which is published on online platforms for commercial use. You have the right to reject the first version if it is late. If you google or check it for plagiarism, the content of that paper links back to our website.
Note : In the event of a delay caused by your late upload of extra materials, you cannot request a refund on the basis of lateness. Once you provide new instructions, materials, or clarifications that would make it impossible for your order to be completed properly, the deadline begins over.

How can I get a refund?

- Your paper will be editable once you request a partial refund. Your argumentation should include detailed explanations, examples, and any other evidence that the dispute department representatives request. You have 14 days to provide strong reasons to back up your claims.
- You may receive a refund of up to 40% of your money if your feedback is reviewed by our dispute resolution department.
Note : You will not receive a refund if you do not provide the requested information within 14 days.
Can I still place an order if I've already approved the final version?
You can contact our support team via live chat, phone, or through your order page for assistance. They will reappear the “Refund” button.
If you have ordered progressive delivery, only the most recent or final part can be disputed. You are subject to the standard money-back policy.

Alternatively, you have three options if you are not satisfied with the quality of the finished paper because our writer failed to follow your instructions.

When you choose the third option, the paper we deliver is posted online. When the paper is Googled or checked by plagiarism detection software, the text links back to our website.
What should I do to get a refund?

As soon as you request a partial refund, we will send you the editable version of your paper. You then have 14 days to provide strong reasons to back up your claims. Your argumentation should consist of detailed explanations, examples, and any other evidence requested by the dispute department representatives.
Our dispute resolution department reviews your feedback and may refund up to 100% of your money.
Note: If you haven’t provided the information required for dispute resolution within 14 days, your refund request will be canceled and no reimbursement will be possible.
If you have clicked the “Approve Order” button at least once, either for the initial or revised version of your paper, you are eligible for a partial refund only.
